How it works
Get a permanent record of your building – and prevent expensive works.
We fly & map
1-2 operators complete a full exterior scan in half a day. No scaffolding, no ladders, no disruption to the household.
We assess
Every element — roof, facades, woodwork, gutters, chimneys, windows, stonework — is scored against photographic evidence.
You track
A private dashboard with your 3D model, dated photo archive with maintenance works and year-over-year comparison.

The dashboard
Your building, kept on file — properly.
From a full 3D model of your building to every roof slate, gutter and chimney, we capture the details that matter — so nothing changes without you knowing.
Check a sample report
A 3D model of your property
Orbit the building, zoom into a chimney flaunching or a valley gutter, and see exactly what the operators saw.
Per-element condition scores
Seven building systems, each scored 1–100, with the reasoning recorded alongside the imagery.
Dated photo evidence
Every facade and roof section photographed and dated, kept as a permanent record of the building.
Change alerts between scans
When a score drops or new damage appears, you are told which element moved and by how much.
The cost of not looking
Every year you don't look, the bill quietly grows.
Deferred maintenance is the most expensive way to own a large building. A defect caught early can cost a twentieth of the same defect once water has reached the structure.

Repair costs later vs. repair now
A defect caught early typically costs a twentieth of the same defect once water has reached the structure.
78%
Of period homes carry an unseen defect
Roofs, valleys, flashings and chimney heads — almost never visible from ground level or from inside.
€42,000
Average cost of a late-caught roof failure
Structural timber, ceilings, decoration and lost use of rooms, on a single elevation of a large house.
3 yrs
From hairline crack to structural repair
The usual window between a defect becoming visible from the air and it becoming a builder's job.
Most buildings are surveyed within 2-3 weeks of enquiry.
Why it matters
Small defects on large buildings do not stay small.
A cracked tile is a fifty-euro problem in March and a five-figure issue in November. On a large historic building, the failures that cost the most are almost always the ones nobody could see: a blocked valley behind a parapet, a hairline crack in flaunching, pointing washing out of a chimney on the weather side.
An annual scan catches those while they are still cheap. It also gives you something most owners never have — evidence. Dated, consistent, complete documentation that stands up with insurers at renewal or after a claim, with buyers during a sale, and with heritage authorities when consent depends on showing how the building has been maintained.

“They found three slipped slates above a bedroom we never use. The repair cost a few hundred euros. The ceiling would have cost us far more.”

“Discreet, quick and genuinely useful. The dashboard has become the reference document when we brief contractors.”

“Our insurer accepted the survey as documentation without a single question. That alone justified the first year.”
